"Good platform, but support was a pain"
Ndax has been mostly fine for me, and I don’t really have major complaints about using the platform itself. But at the same time, the support experience was frustrating. I had to wait a few days to get a clear answer, and I ended up repeating the same details more than once. It’s not like it was the worst customer service ever, but when your money is involved, even a small delay feels like a big deal.

"Fees didn’t feel as reasonable as they used to"
I used NDAX for a while it felt like it used to be a better deal. Lately the trading fees started to bother me more and more, especially when I was doing smaller buys or sells. It just felt like too much was getting eaten up each time. Maybe it still works fine for some people, but for me it didn’t really feel worth sticking around, so I ended up moving my coins somewhere else...

"Staking rewards still havent shown up"
I staked my coins and the payout was supposed to come through, but it just never showed up. Waited longer than I shouldve had to, then reached out to support and they barely helped tbh. Frustrating expereince.

Ndax.io has been smooth for me most of the time. Pages load quickly, I don’t really have to think too much about where to click, and moving around the site feels easy enough. I did notice a little lag once when I was checking the charts, like it paused for a second, but it wasn’t anything that really bothered me. Overall, the website performance has been solid.

"verification Took a bit but worked"
I had to upload my ID twice, which was a little annoying, but support actually looked into it and got back to me. My account was verified the next day, so not too bad overall. OK experience.

"Easy to use, no real hassle"
NDAX has been easy for me so far. The site is simple enough, and I can usually find what I need quickly. Buying and selling doesn’t feel confusing, which I appreciate because I’m not super techy or anything. It’s just straightforward, simple, and it works. No real complaints from me.

"Orders took way too long to go through"
I was frustrated with how long my orders took to fill. By the time they finally executed, the price had already moved more than I was comfortable with. if a platform is taking people’s trades, it has a responsibility to handle them quickly and fairly

"Deposit took longer than I expected"
I’ve used Ndax a few times and overall it’s been okay, but the deposit speed has been a bit hit or miss. One time my deposit showed up fast, and another time I was sitting there checking over and over like, is it coming through now?? Still not a terrible experience, but it didn’t feel super smooth either. It would be a lot better if deposits were more consistent.

"Funding with fiat is way more frustrating than it should be"
I had a annoying time trying to add fiat to my account. The funding options felt really limited, and the whole process wasn’t very smooth. My bank transfer also took longer than I expected, which made it even more frustrating. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were putting the blame on me instead of helping explain what was going on. For a crypto platform, getting money into the account should be a lot easier than this

I've been using ndax for a while now, i don't think I've had much downtime, if any. The app feels steady overall, though I'm not totally sure why some of the updates bug me as much as they do. Most days it works fine for what I need.

Overall, it’s been working fine for me. The fees seem reasonable, at least from what I can tell, and I’m assuming they’re standard compared to similar apps. The app itself could be a bit smoother, but it gets the job done.

"Had a rough time getting back into my account"
I’ve been using ndax.io for a while, and overall it was fine, but this account access issue was frustrating. One day I just couldn’t log in, and the verification thing kept looping like it was stuck or something.

Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I thought it would. I also had to explain the same problem more than once, which got kind of annoying fast.

They did fix it in the end, but yeah, it made me a bit nervous having funds on there when I couldn’t even get into my own account. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not a great one either.

"Withdrawals felt too slow for the cost"
I’m careful with where I put my money, so when a withdrawal takes longer than expected, it really bothers me. My withdrawal on NDAX just sat there pending, and I kept checking for updates way more than I should’ve had to.
Support was polite enough, but they didn’t really give me anything useful or make the wait feel better. Maybe other people have smoother experiences, but for me, if I’m paying fees and trying to manage my money closely, slow withdrawals are a big downside.

My first reaction was, okay, at least NDAX isn’t hiding the fees or rules. They show the important stuff clearly before you start using it, which I appreciated right away. Some sections still take a minute to read through, but overall it felt transparent to me.

I invested a lot of money in this company and everything was going good until I said I wanted to withdraw and all my money was gone. I paid 240,000 dollars, but they won’t allow me to withdraw any of my money, i emailed them everyday but all to no avail. Stay away from them, once you put money in, you can’t get it out. I finally got my money back with the help of a recovery chargeback service done by (Alexwalterfxhelp at email dot com). He can help you get your money back like he did for me, I guess someone might find this information useful.
